Clinical characteristics and treatment experience of 105 cases of neonatal cssified cephalhematoma

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment experiences of neonatal cssified cephalhematoma. Methods By collecting and retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of neonatal cssified cephalhematoma treated in the Department of Neurosurgery in Xi'an Children's Hospital.The characteristics of neonatal cssified cephalhematoma were analyzed and summarized. Results Of the 105 confirmed cases of neonatal cssified cephalhematoma,98 cases (94%) had birth trauma,and 7 cases (6%) had traumatic brain injuries.All lesions were located on the top of the skull.All patients underwent abnormal bone resection and cranial reconstruction surgery,with satisfactory surgical outcomes.Postoperatively,the surgical treatment is effective with good prognosis.There were no postoperative complications. Conclusion Early intervention is crucial for preventing neonatal cssified cephalhematoma.Once ossification occurs,active surgical treatment is required.The surgical treatment is effective with good prognosis.

摘要： 目的探讨新生儿骨膜下血肿并骨化的临床特点及治疗体会。方法回顾性西安交通大学附属儿童医院神经外科收治的新生儿骨膜下血肿并骨化的临床资料,对新生儿骨膜下血肿并骨化的特点进行分析总结并归纳其临床特点。结果 105例确诊为新生儿骨膜下血肿并骨化的患儿中,98例(94%)由骨膜下血肿演变而来,多考虑出生相关损伤。7例(6%)由颅脑外伤导致。所有患儿的病变均位于顶部。所有患儿均行异常骨质切除+颅骨成形术,手术效果满意。术后颅骨形态良好,无术后并发症。结论早期干预对于预防新生儿骨膜下血肿并骨化至关重要,一旦骨化形成,需积极外科治疗。手术效果肯定,预后良好。
