The changes of serum sIL-2R,NSE and sodium in patients with endoscopic resection of sellar region tumor and their correlation with postoperative prognosis

血清sIL-2R、NSE与血钠在内镜下鞍区肿瘤切除术后患者中的变化及其与术后预后情况的相关性分析

Abstract: Objective To explore the changes of serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R),neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and blood sodium in patients with endoscopic resection of sellar region tumors and their correlation with postoperative prognosis. Methods 126 patients who underwent endoscopic resection of sellar region tumor from May 2020 to April 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into good prognosis group (n=102) and bad prognosis group (n=24) according to the follow-up prognosis after 3 months.Clinical data of all patients were analyzed.Logistic multivariate regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of prognosis in patients with endoscopic resection of sellar region tumors.The correlation of serum sIL-2R,NSE and sodium with the prognosis of patients undergoing endoscopic resection of sellar tumors was further analyzed by Pearson. Results Univariate analysis showed that the poor prognosis group with or without adjuvant treatment (58.33%),serum sIL-2R (68.75±12.63) pmol/L,NSE (11.86±3.95) μg/L were higher than those in the good prognosis group.The serum sodium (125.54±6.32) mmol/L was lower than that of the good prognosis group (P<0.05)Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that serum sIL-2R (OR=1.219,β=0.198),NSE (OR=1.655,β=0.504) and blood sodium (OR=0.734,β=-0.310) were the influential factors for poor prognosis in patients with endoscopic resection of sellar tumors (P<0.05);Serum sIL-2R and NSE were positively correlated with poor prognosis by Pearson analysis (r=0.506,0.627;P<0.05),blood content was negatively correlated with poor prognosis (r=-0.508;P<0.05). Conclusion Serum sIL-2R,NSE and serum sodium play an important role in the prognosis of patients with endoscopic resection of sellar region tumors,and the high expression of serum sIL-2R and NSE and the low expression of serum sodium are significantly correlated with poor prognosis of patients.Attention should be paid to the changes of serum sIL-2R,NSE and serum sodium levels in vivo,which have certain guiding significance for the prognosis of patients.

摘要: 目的 探究血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor,sIL-2R)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)与血钠在内镜下鞍区肿瘤切除术后患者中的变化及其与术后预后情况的相关性分析。方法 选取2020年5月~2024年4月126例行内镜下鞍区肿瘤切除术患者,根据三个月后随访预后情况分为预后良好组(n=102)、预后不良组(n=24),分析所有患者临床资料,采用Logistic多因素回归分析内镜下鞍区肿瘤切除术患者预后情况的影响因素,进一步使用Pearson分析血清sIL-2R、NSE与血钠与内镜下鞍区肿瘤切除术患者预后情况的相关性。结果 单因素分析显示,预后不良组术后有无辅助治疗(无占比)58.33%、血清sIL-2R(68.75±12.63)pmol/L、NSE(11.86±3.95)μg/L均高于预后良好组,血钠(125.54±6.32)mmol/L则低于预后良好组(P<0.05);Logistic多因素回归分析显示,血清sIL-2R(OR=1.219,β=0.198)、NSE(OR=1.655,β=0.504)、血钠(OR=0.734,β=-0.310)是内镜下鞍区肿瘤切除术患者预后不良的影响因素(P均<0.05);采用Pearson分析发现血清sIL-2R、NSE与患者预后不良呈正相关关系(r=0.506、0.627;P均<0.05),血钠与患者预后不良呈负相关关系(r=-0.508;P<0.05)。结论 血清sIL-2R、NSE、血钠在内镜下鞍区肿瘤切除患者术后预后情况中发挥重要作用,且血清sIL-2R、NSE高表达,血钠低表达与患者预后不良明显相关,注意体内血清sIL-2R、NSE、血钠水平变化对患者预后有一定的指导意义。
