Analysis of the efficacy of robot-assisted treatment of slight hypertensive cerebral hemorrhages

机器人辅助治疗少量高血压脑出血的疗效分析

Abstract: Objective Evaluation of surgical approaches and treatment outcomes using robotic-assisted treatment of slight hypertensive cerebral hemorrhages.Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from March 2022 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with Sinovation robotic surgery with postoperative injection of urokinase into the hematoma cavity.Results All patients successfully completed surgery with no deaths.The theoretical minimum error by 3D structured light registration was 0.13 mm,the theoretical maximum error was 0.38 mm,and the average theoretical registration error was (0.26±0.09) mm;the average operation time was (2.36±0.43) h.Seven patients in the surgical group still had postoperative impaired consciousness,two were in shallow coma and five were drowsy,while the rest recovered well after surgery without intracranial infection.There was no significant change in the condition of patients in the conservative treatment group.The postoperative hospital stay was (10.07±4.04 )days.At 1-month postoperative follow-up,the modified mRS quantitative score was used:2 cases with a score of 0,4 cases with a score of 1,5 cases with a score of 2,2 cases with a score of 3 and 1 cases with a score of 4.The mean mRS scale score was (1.71±1.10).Conclusion The Sinovation robot is less invasive,more precise,and able to plan the procedure according to the hematoma;therefore,the use of robot-assisted treatment of a small amount of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is safe and effective.

摘要: 目的 探讨使用机器人辅助治疗少量高血压脑出血的手术方法和治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析2022年3月至2022年7月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院神经外科收治的高血压脑出血14例患者的临床资料。所有患者均采用Sinovation机器人手术治疗,术后向血肿腔注射尿激酶。结果 全部患者成功完成手术,且无死亡。通过3D结构光注册的理论最小误差为0.13 mm,理论最大误差为0.38 mm,平均理论注册误差为(0.26±0.09 mm);平均手术时长(2.36±0.43 h),7例患者术后仍出现意识障碍,2例浅昏迷,5例嗜睡,无颅内感染。术后平均住院时长为(10.07±4.04 d),术后1个月随访,采用mRS量表评分:0分2例,1分4例,2分5例,3分2例,4分1例,平均mRS量表评分为(1.71±1.10)分。结论 Sinovation机器人创伤小,精准度高,能根据血肿规划手术方案,因此,使用机器人辅助手术治疗少量高血压脑出血是安全有效的。
