迷走神经电刺激联合康复治疗脑卒中后上肢功能障碍1例

Abstract

摘要： 脑卒中后遗留上肢功能障碍的康复面临着巨大挑战,本文报道了一例以迷走神经电刺激(vagus nerve stimulation,VNS)联合康复治疗脑卒中遗留上肢运动功能障碍的患者。患者因脑卒中后右上肢运动障碍1年入院。于术前、术后1个月、术后4个月分别以量表和近红外设备对患者进行上肢运动功能评估及脑功能评估。经过VNS结合任务特异性康复训练1个月及4个月后,其上肢肌张力评分及运动功能相关评分均有所改善,脑功能评估提示大脑区域活性增强,右侧大脑区域代偿减少。该病例验证了VNS联合康复治疗卒中后上肢功能障碍的可行性和有效性。
