Efficacy and safety analysis of 3D slicer 3D reconstruction technology assisted neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

3D-Slicer三维重建技术辅助神经内镜手术治疗脑出血的有效性及安全性分析

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 3D-Slicer 3D reconstruction technology assisted neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were collected.They were divided into control group(n=48, neuroendoscopic surgery) and observation group(n=50, 3D-Slicer 3D reconstruction technology assisted neuroendoscopic surgery).The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were recorded and compared, and the perioperative indicators, laboratory indicators and prognosis indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.00% vs 83.33%)(P<0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and the hematoma clearance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CRP、TNF-α、NSE and NHISS、mRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the ADL score was higher, especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than 16.67% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 3D-Slicer 3D reconstruction technology assisted neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage has significant curative effect, which can improve the hematoma clearance rate, reduce surgical trauma, promote the recovery of patients' daily life function and nerve function, and has certain safety.

摘要: 目的 3D-Slicer三维重建技术辅助神经内镜手术治疗脑出血的有效性及安全性。方法 收集本院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的98例脑出血患者的临床资料。按不同手术方法分为对照组(n=48,神经内镜手术)与观察组(n=50,3D-Slicer三维重建技术辅助神经内镜手术治疗)。记录并对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症,对比两组患者围手术期指标、实验室指标及预后指标。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(96.00% vs 83.33%)(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术后住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,血肿清除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CRP、TNF-α、NSE水平及NHISS、mRS评分均较治疗前降低,ADL评分增高,以观察组改善效果更显著(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论 3D-Slicer三维重建技术辅助神经内镜手术治疗脑出血疗效显著,可提高血肿清除率,降低手术创伤,促进患者日常生活功能、神经功能恢复,且具有一定安全性。
