睿米机器人辅助经皮球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果研究

The clinical effecacy of ruimi robot-assisted percutaneous balloon compression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

摘要: 目的 研究睿米机器人辅助经皮穿刺球囊压迫治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法 纳入2020年10月至2024年02月56例三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,手术方式分为睿米机器人辅助穿刺术组(观察组,24例),传统徒手定位穿刺手术组(对照组,32例)。比较两组患者穿刺时间、手术时间、穿刺次数、术中透视次数、球囊成形情况、面部疼痛缓解程度及术后并发症情况。结果 观察组的穿刺时间、手术时间、穿刺次数、术中透视次数、球囊成形不良、面部疼痛缓解情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后麻木、复视、咬肌无力发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 睿米机器人可精准、快捷辅助经皮穿刺球囊压迫治疗三叉神经痛,缩短穿刺及手术时间,减少穿刺和透视次数。

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect of Ruimi robot-assisted percutaneous balloon compression for treating trigeminal neuralgia. Methods From October 2020 to February 2024,56 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were enrolled as study objects.The patients were divided into the Ruimi robot-assisted percutaneous balloon compression group (observation group,24 cases) and the Conventiongal freehand positioning puncture group (control group,32 cases).The puncture time,operation time,puncture frequency,intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency,balloon dilation condition,degree of facial pain relief,and postoperative complications between the two groups of patients were compared. Results The puncture time,operation time,number of punctures,intraoperative fluoroscopy,poor balloon dilation,and facial pain relief in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of numbness,diplopia,or inability of the masseter muscle between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The Ruimi robot can accurately and quickly assist percutaneous balloon compression in treating trigeminal neuralgia,shorten the puncture and operation time,and reduce the number of punctures and fluoroscopy.
