Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical significance of channel technique combined with stent embolization in the individualized treatment of rupsed wide-necked posterior communicating artery (PCoA) aneurysm with embryonal posterior communicating artery (fPCA).Methods From January 2015 to December 2020,a total of 8 cases of ruptured wide-neck PCoA aneurysms with fPCA were treated in our department.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed by using channel technique combined with stent embolization.Results The stent covered the aneurysm neck completely and the aneurysm was completely embolized in 8 patients.There were no postoperative complications such as cerebral infarction.A total of 7 patients were followed up,and imaging results showed that 6 patients were grade I,with smooth PCoA,and no tumor parent artery occlusion or stent displacement was found.Prognosis score showed that 6 patients had good prognosis.Conclusion For ruptured wide-necked PCoA aneurysms with fPCA,the use of channel technique combined with stent embolization is complete,and the PCoA is patency after operation,which is worthy of further clinical use.
