帕金森病脑深部电刺激术后患者生活质量量表编制及信效度检验

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的帕金森病脑深部电刺激(Deep Brain Stimulation,DBS)术后患者生活质量量表编制及其信效度。方法通过文献分析、半结构式访谈、德尔菲专家函询形成量表初稿,采用方便抽样法选取2023年1月至2025年7月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院神经外科脑深部电刺激术后200名患者进行量表调查,检验其信效度。结果帕金森病脑深部电刺激术后患者生活质量量表包含5个维度,28个条目。该量表的总Cronbach’s α 系数0.934,量表分半系数为0.930,重测信度为0.912。条目水平的内容效度指数为0.900～1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.911。该量表总分与各维度之间的相关系数分别为:0.734～0.855,各因子与总量表的相关系数为0.409～0.701(均P＜0.05)。探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为78.235%。验证性因子分析提示模型拟合效果理想。结论帕金森病脑深部电刺激术后患者生活质量量表具有良好的信效度,可用于评估脑深部电刺激术后患者生活质量水平。

Abstract: Objective Develop a quality of life scale for patients with Parkinson's Deep Brain Stimulation surgery and test its reliability and validity. Methods Through literature analysis,semi-structured interview,Delphi expert consultation and pre survey,the first draft of the scale was formed.A convenience sampling method was used to select 200 patients after deep brain stimulation in the Department of Neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of University of science and technology of China from January 2023 to July 2025.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested. Results The Quality of Life Scale for Parkinson's Deep Brain Stimulation Patients includes 5 dimensions and 28 items.The total questionnaire for this scale is Cronbach's α The coefficient is 0.934,and the half coefficient of this scale is 0.930;The retest reliability is 0.912.The Content validity index at the item level was 0.900~1.00,and the Content validity index at the scale level was 0.911.The correlation coefficients between the total score of the scale and each dimension are 0.734~0.855,and the correlation coefficients between each factor and the total scale are 0.409~0.701(all P＜0.05).Exploratory factor analysis extracted 5 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 78.235%.Confirmatory factor analysis suggests that the model has an ideal fitting effect. Conclusion The Quality of Life Scale for Parkinson's Deep Brain Stimulation Patients has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the quality of life level of patients after Deep Brain Stimulation surgery.
